How Often to Change Your Carbon Filter
For the freshest, cleanest water, replace your mrsippy filter monthly to ensure it effectively reduces chlorine, microparticles, pesticides and odours. Over time, the filter traps these impurities, so regular replacement keeps your little one's water pure, great-tasting, and safe.
How to Clean Your Bottle
1. Separate the parts
Unscrew the lid from the bottle. Detach the handle, remove the base from the lid, pop out the clear lid and silicone seal, and detach the straw.

2. Wash & Dry
Wash all parts with warm, soapy water and a mild detergent, then rinse thoroughly — no harsh chemicals needed! Hand wash only (do not place in the dishwasher). Ensure all parts are fully dried before storing to prevent moisture build-up. Empty your bottle overnight to allow it to dry completely.

The stainless steel body and lid should be hand-washed to maintain their durability. The straw and filter should also be hand washed for optimal cleanliness.
Can I use other liquids in the bottle?
mrsippy bottles are designed for water only. Using other liquids may damage the filter and reduce its effectiveness.
What is the warranty on mrsippy bottles?
We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. If your bottle arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair, replace, or refund (in full or partially) in accordance with Australian consumer law. Proof of purchase is required. Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, incorrect cleaning, or lack of proper care. Signs of these conditions will void the warranty.
How do I make a warranty claim?
To make a claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and clear photos or videos showing the issue. After we receive your claim enquiry, you will be required to return the product to mrsippy for assessment. Our team will review your case and proceed with a repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.
Do you offer international shipping?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in brand-new condition, unused, and still in its original, sealed packaging to be eligible.
