To clean your bottle:

1. Unscrew the lid from the bottle.
2. Disassemble all parts: remove the handle, pop out the clear lid and silicone seal, detach the straw, and separate the base from the lid.
3. Wash each part in warm, soapy water using a mild detergent.
4. Rinse thoroughly and allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling.

We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. If your bottle arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair, replace, or refund (in full or partially) in accordance with Australian consumer law. Proof of purchase is required. Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, incorrect cleaning, or lack of proper care. Signs of these conditions will void the warranty.
