By accessing this Website and/or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update our terms and conditions at any time, and by using our website, you agree to be bound by the latest version. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. We recommend reviewing the terms each time you visit. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or purchasing our products.

1. General Use
• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to make a purchase on our Website. By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
• You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Product Information and Orders
• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not guarantee that product details, pricing, or availability are error-free.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
• Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation via email.
• To complete a purchase, you must provide your name, delivery address, email, phone number, and payment details.
• We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information but are not liable for misuse due to transmission errors, viruses, or malware.
• Once submitted, orders cannot be canceled, even if still pending processing.

3. Payments and Billing
• Online payments are processed securely through Stripe, using a GeoTrust Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate (version 3.0) to encrypt your credit card details.
• By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
• All credit card transactions are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. If your payment is declined, we are not responsible for any delays or non delivery.
• If your credit card cannot be processed, please ensure your details are entered correctly and that the billing name and address match your credit card statement. If the issue persists, contact your card provider.
• In case of payment failure or dispute, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

4. Compatibility of Filters
• mrsippy filters are designed and manufactured exclusively for use with mrsippy water bottles. They are not compatible with other bottles, containers, or methods of drinking (including but not limited to cups and glasses).
• Customers who purchase filters without a mrsippy bottle acknowledge that the filters will not function as intended.
• Filters purchased without a mrsippy bottle, or used in any way other than their intended purpose, are not eligible for refund or return, unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Shipping and Delivery
• We ship our products to specified locations. Shipping costs are provided at checkout.
• A tracking link from our third-party logistics provider will be provided after dispatch.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is shipped.

6. Returns and Refunds
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt, subject to our Return Policy.
• Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
• Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect the returned item.

7. Warranty and Liability
• Our products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for details.
• To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Gift Cards
• Gift cards can be redeemed for products and shipping up to the card’s value exclusively on our website (mrsippy.com).
• Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift cards cannot be discounted, returned, or exchanged for cash.
• Gift card purchases are subject to mrsippy's general Terms and Conditions of Sale and applicable policies.
• Gift cards can be used for multiple orders, provided there is remaining credit on the card.
• If an item purchased with a gift card is returned, the refund will be issued as store credit, valid for 12 months.
• For returns, visit our FAQ page. If a purchase was made using both a gift card and another payment method (e.g., credit card), the refund will first be applied to the credit card, with any remaining balance refunded as store credit.

9. Subscription
• mrsippy offers a subscription service (‘SipScriptiption’) where customers can receive a single filter delivered directly to them once a month.
• By subscribing, customers receive a 20% discount on the standard product price.
• Payments are automatically billed to the customer's credit card prior to each delivery.
• Upon signing up, customers agree to a minimum commitment of six deliveries, which will be billed automatically.
• After the minimum commitment, customers can cancel the subscription at any time without additional charges.
• The subscription will continue until the customer requests cancellation by emailing us or opts out to cancel.
• Subscriptions cannot be combined with other discounts or offers, including the reward program.

10. Intellectual Property
• All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of MR SIPPY PRODUCTS PTY LTD and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission from a mrsippy representative, except as permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

12. Governing Law, Disputes and Jurisdiction
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.

• All parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of these courts concerning themselves and their property.

13. Indemnity
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MR SIPPY PRODUCTS PTY LTD and its related bodies corporate (and the officers, agents, partners and employees of each of these) against any and all loss, liability, claim or demand to arise out of or in connection with your use and access to the Website.

14. Force Majeure
• mrsippy is not liable for failure to meet its obligations due to events beyond its control, such as strikes, labor issues, material shortages, epidemics, pandemics, power or water shortages, accidents, or breakdowns of equipment, machinery, or communication systems.
• If any such event occurs, mrsippy may suspend its obligations under these terms until the issue is resolved.
• mrsippy will not be held liable for any suspension caused by these circumstances.
• If any of the above events persist for more than 30 days, mrsippy may terminate the affected order or these terms and conditions without liability by providing written notice to the customer.

• Our website may contain hyperlinks to third-party sites, which are not under the control of mrsippy. We are not responsible for the content of these external sites, and visiting them is at your own risk.
