Warranty & Claims
We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. If your bottle arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair, replace, or refund (in full or partially) in accordance with Australian consumer law. Proof of purchase is required.
Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, incorrect cleaning, or lack of proper care. Signs of these conditions will void the warranty.
To make a claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and clear photos or videos showing the issue. After we receive your claim enquiry, you will be required to return the product to mrsippy for assessment.
