If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in brand-new condition, unused, and still in its original, sealed packaging to be eligible.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's obligation, and the item remains their responsibility until it arrives. Once we receive the return, we will process the exchange or refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
